Where are you located?

Right here! We're not a brick-and-mortar store (yet!), so our energy is currently focused on delivering the best e-retail service that we can. If you'd prefer to "smell it before we sell it" we suggest checking out our friends at Big E's Supermarket in Easthampton and Outlook Farm in Westhampton - they've been excellent local partners of ours!
What do you mean by "custom" products?"

"Custom" is a pretty broad brush stroke, but that's the most accurate way to describe what we'll accomadate. If you have an idea for a scent, a fabric, a message, a photo to add to the final package, ANY special touch - contact us and we'll work with you to get it right!
Why don't you offer returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are unhappy for any reason at all, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
